Refund Policy

All payments are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for expired, unused, or partially used test purchases or results, or for any premium processing service. There are no refunds if ielp invalidates your test or suspends your account because ielp determined that you violated the Test Rules, ielp Terms.

However, if you are unable to complete the ielp test due to a failure in the test, or if you do not receive your ielp test results within a commercially reasonable period of time after the test is completed (“Test Issue”), ielp will, at its option, provide you with a refund or credit, or use reasonable efforts to resolve the Test Issue. To submit a claim based on a Test Issue, you must report the Test Issue in writing to ielp within 24 hours after the Test Issue occurs, respond to ielp’s requests for information or cooperation, not be responsible for the Test Issue, and have met all requirements when taking the ielp test. Your refund for a Test Issue will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that test.
