1. When will my results be available?
We take the test online and no appointment is required. After completing your test you will be able to see your score and you will get your result within 24 hours.
2. If I purchase a test with faster results and appeal my results, will my appeal response arrive faster or be prioritized?
No. Our appeals process is separate from the process for reviewing tests with faster results. Your appeal will be handled in the order it was received, and you will receive a response within four business days.

2. When and where can I take the ielp English Test?
One of the advantages of the ielp English Test is that you can choose your own testing time, as long as you take the practice test.
3. How long are my ielp English Test results valid?
ielp English Test results are valid for two years. After two years, you will no longer be able to share your result or view your certificate. Institutions will also lose the ability to view the expired certificate.
Taking the ielp English Test
1. What happens if I quit the test before completing it?
Quitting the test before you finish or upload it uses up one of the attempts on your test credit. We are unable to restore attempts that have been consumed by quitting the test.
2. Why do I need to take a photo of myself and my ID?
We utilize the photos of your face and your ID to verify your identity. Most standardized exams require similar verification. In addition, the photo of your face will appear on your ielp English Test certificate.
Please make sure the photos of your face and ID are clear and not cropped. Failure to provide a clear photo of your face or ID will prevent your ielp English Test result from being certified.
3. What should I do if my test freezes, cancels before I finish, or won't upload once I complete it?
Issues with the test freezing, canceling midway through, or failing to upload are usually caused by a weak or unstable internet connection.
If your test freezes or cancels midway through, you will need to take the test again from the beginning. You can take the exam up to three times with one coupon.
4. Does someone review my test video after I take the test?
Yes. Human proctors, with the help of AI, examine each test session for more than 75 different behaviors in multiple, independent rounds of review. Please read all of the test rules and requirements before taking the test to make sure your results get certified.
5. How is the ielp English Test scored?
Statistical machine learning algorithms are used to score the ielp English Test based on the content of your responses. Time taken per question does not affect your score. You will not be penalized more for entering an incorrect response to a question rather than skipping the question.
